How a project runs

Four steps, the same every time. You always know which one we're in.

    Call

    Thirty minutes. You tell me what's slow or manual. I tell you honestly whether automation fits, and if it doesn't, I say so.

    Plan

    A short written plan: what gets built, which tools, the price, and when it's done. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

    Build

    I build it and show you progress as it comes together, so there are no surprises at the end.

    Hand over running

    It goes live and runs on its own, with plain notes on how it works and how to change it.

Who you'll work with

Cronwork is me, Ruchira Kodithuwakku. I'm an Anthropic Certified AI Automation Engineer based in Sri Lanka.

I work solo, so the person on your call is the person writing the code. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer, because there's only one of us.

I build mostly with Claude Code. When something breaks, I write down the rule I keep afterwards, so the same mistake doesn't happen twice.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Describe the problem in plain words: what you do by hand, how often, and what it costs you. Working out the tools is my job.

Which tools do you use?

Claude Code, n8n, Make, the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, Supabase and Airtable, among others. Where it makes sense I build on the apps you already pay for, so you don't pick up new subscriptions.

How is a project priced?

After the call you get a written plan with a fixed price for the build. Ongoing work can be hourly.

Can you fix or extend an automation someone else built?

Usually, yes. Share what exists on the call and I'll tell you whether it's worth fixing or cleaner to rebuild.

What time zone do you work in?

Sri Lanka, GMT+5:30. The call is booked in your own time zone.
